It started with The Red Neck Prom…

The New England Brisketeers started in the early ’90’s as a competitive barbecue team – winning several regional cook-off awards throughout the years in categories such as pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken and ribs.

In 2007, we decided to roll out the smokehouse. Our first gig was The Red Neck Prom. We catered a spring ski party for 60 hungry skiers. They were looking for great food and great times.

Since that time, we have catered events ranging from graduation parties, to weddings, to charitable fundraisers, to corporate functions, to birthday parties, to local fairs – from 50 people to 500. We can cater your event in your own back yard, your parking lot or your function hall.

Please check out our menu. Included in our pricing are all paper goods, utensils and our own BBQ sauces. We are a carry-in, carry-out operation – don’t worry about the trash! And for that matter, don’t worry about anything – that’s what we’re here for!

We offer a buffet-style banquet of barbecue! When available, we buy locally-grown vegetables and fruits for all of our salads and desserts. If you are a vegetarian, we’ve got you covered! Our meats are slow cooked with Maine apple wood with just the right amount of smoke to give it a mild smokey flavor – not too much, not too little.

Our intent is to make sure you relax and enjoy the company of your guests while we serve you and your guests some great BBQ.

Think your party is too small? Give us a call! We have what we fondly call our “dump run.” For 40 people or less, we will prepare and deliver your BBQ meal fresh and ready to serve.
